The legal basis for Indonesian DRR Platform is 1945 Constitution Preamble which mandating protection for Indonesia nation. Specifically law No. 24/2007 on Disaster Management, especially article 4 e, article 26, section 1e, article 28 and 30 section 1 on basic rules related to right and obligation of stakeholders on disaster management.
